Nick Nolan, a fourth generation dairy farmer, returned to the family farm after his grandfather died in a farming accident. He and his wife Celeste have dedicated their lives to raising their children and rejuvenating the family's dairy farm. Together they birth, raise, graze, and milk their closed group of Jersey cows before turning the milk in farmstead cheese.
"We are just building on the knowledge of what generations and generations of people have done... We're standing on the shoulder's of giants."
